Little known royals 2

There are three pretenders to the throne of France. The first I will spotlight is probably the best looking. Through the link with Charles X, Luis Alfonso de Borbon, Duke of Anjou. He is first cousin once removed of King Juan Carlos of Spain. At 39 He is married with three children ,a daughter and twin sons. You will often see him at other royal events, most recently documented is at the Monaco wedding of Albert and Charlene.

New Series

Today I am going to start a new series about little known royals from around the world. Some of these may be exiled or deposed or pretenders to the throne but I hope you find this as intriguing and as interesting as I do.

Firstly Albania. Although no longer a monarchy The current pretender to the throne is Prince Leka. At 32 he is political advisor to the President of Albania and plays a part in the Ministry of the Interior. He became engaged to an Albanian Actress and singer in 2010 but I cannot find any reference anywhere to a marriage as yet.

His Parents were Prince Leka and Princess Susan (an Australian). His father was quite eccentric and returned to Albania many times since being exiled when he was only a few days old.. He died in 2011 leaving his son as titular head of the family and to many Albanians as King Leka II.

Hit and miss today

Today The duchess of Cambridge looked gorgeous in blue as she toured Blenheim. Absolutely stunning.Very stylish.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same about tonight's outfit for the State Banquet. Not a fan of the black probably mostly because of the neckline but a nice touch with the silver fern if not a bit cliche. But then again I expected the full cliche with the tiara and long frock...so disappointed.

If she dares to wear tiara and long frock in Australia will be most pissed!!!

Just like any other 8 month old

What fun Prince George had at his Plunket date. Just like any other kid really but unfortunately hes not. I wondered how often he would get to play like this and then remembered he has to new cousins who he can play with Lord Freddie Windsor's daughter and Zara Tindall's daughter and I'm sure numerous friends of the royal couples children.

Let the fun begin

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and HRH Prince George (short for georgeous) have touched down in NZ. and a truly regal looking Duchess looked every bit the royal today. Dresses in Scarlet Hat and coat she wore a Silver fern brooch which has got to win the hearts of the most ardent republican. Role oh the next ten days. Ohh and Prince William was with them LOL.

Have to say the Queen of the Belgiums who has been in the position for nearly a year has really stepped up to the plate in her style. She always manages to look truly regal. Well done Queen Mathilde. However rumour has it she is not the only Queen in the family...just saying.

The Monaco Rose Ball

The Monaco royal family attend the Rose Ball every year and usually stun with their gorgeous Couture outfits.. This year, NOT SO MUCH. Although Princess Caroline's Dress is amazing WTF are those shoes. And daughter Charlotte Casiraghi looks like shes wrapped in some sort of glad wrap outfit. No no No. Not your best Ladies. Although Princess Charlene looks very elegant.

Have to take my hat off to Queen Mathilde of the Belgiums. She actually looks like a queen .So damn elegant.

However....

Possibly the most eligible  prince, financially and sexy as hell would still be Dubais crown prince, Prince Hamdan. Many rumours have been spread about him, that hes gay (possibly because he writes poetry_ to that he is a drug addict. There are always haters.

When I first saw this picture I had to take a second look. Why?
It looks like Crown Princess Letizia of Spain has a dubious wet patch. Bad  design or bad use of fabric...Im not sure its not both.
